Mi Vida Loca

It's been a little crazy around here lately. Not much time for new postings--between all the apples that need to be canned, Halloween costumes yet to be sewn, endless meetings to attend and lessons to prepare, I'm about ready to support cloning! The sad thing is, I know that I won't be able to come up for air until sometime after Christmas. From past experience, once Halloween hits, it's a mad dash 'til the new year! Anyway, if any of you have any good ideas for canning apples--you know, besides applesauce, apple juice, apple pie filling, & apple jelly--my family would sure appreciate the variety!
